Welcome to New Life Health and Wellness, LLC. We are so excited that you are visiting our site and we hope you will come in and visit our gym in Marlborough. We assumed ownership of this facility in July of 2008 and have had the blessing of spending the last 3+ years working with people to get healthy or stronger both physically and spiritually. We are a group of fitness minded individuals who believe that the gym experience should be more that just a great workout. We treat everyone like family. We know everyone by name and we strive hard to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. If you are sick and tired of just being a number or key tag, we invite you to experience our friendly service. Our owners are on site and working with clients on a One-to One and Group basis almost everyday.  As a  New Life Health and Wellness member, you always have access to Fitness Equipment 24/7. Our partnership with the Courtyard by Marriott in Marlborough, allows our gym members to utilize the Upstairs Fitness Center and Pool Area when we are not open. This provides a safe, secure place to work out after hours. You will need to have your key tag present and sign in at the front desk to gain access to the facilities
