Our center is based on the fitness education and respect for all our members. We are NOT a factory fitness center where you are jammed on top of people. Our center is 18+, except for those families who want to work out together. We pride ourselves on offering great service, amazing programs at a fair price. We are a full service facility with towel service, complimentary Green Tea for energy, Pump and Run Lunches, fully stocked locker rooms in case you forget something!
Our Mission is to offer a welcoming, convenient, and affordable facility to our diverse group of members. Where innovative programs are merged with traditional fitness with a focus on complete wellness through education. Our aim is to have all our members be physically and spiritually healthy for life.
As a New Life Health and Wellness member, you always have access to Fitness Equipment 24/7. Our partnership with the Courtyard by Marriott in Marlborough, allows our members to utilize the Upstairs Fitness Center and Pool Area when we are not open. This provides a safe, secure place to work out after hours. You will need to have your key tag present and sign in at the front desk to gain access to the facilities
