I love this place! I have been coming since September 2009. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I have had memberships elsewhere. I have never encountered a cleaner locker room or friendlier staff. Sandy, the owner, truly does treat everyone like they are members of her family.

Ever since I started the 90-day challenge in late March, I have lost 7.75 inches!!! My goal was to lose my middle and maybe a few pounds if possible. Well, I may have lost 5 lbs. but this challenge and the 400 calorie burn every other day (or as often as I can get to the gym), really works!! ALL my clothes fit now! Thanks Sandy for making a life-long dream come true (now that I am over 49!)

Hi Sandra! I saw your post on the ZUMBA Events wall. You mentioned that you owned your own health club and love ZUMBA. I was intrigued so I looked at your home page and saw your website address. It is wonderful! I wish you much success and fulfillment in the industry. I would LOVE to see you in ZUMBA class someday!!! Ally

Dear Sandy, I wanted to take the time to Thank you for training me for the past 6 months at your facility. One of my goals was to improve my core strength to support my 30 year old chronic back problem. While my back still flairs up from time to time, I would have to say I am 80% better than I was from when we started last October. One of the most measurable differences in strengthening my core muscles is the remarkable difference in my golf game. At just a few months shy of my 50th Birthday, I am now driving the golf ball almost 300 yards off the tee. In a recent tournament I was able to compete with guys half my age. My handicap has gone from a 12 to an 8, this is the lowest I have ever been after playing for almost 40 years. My upper body strength has increased 32% in 6 months. As you know it is my goal to bench press 300 pounds for my 50th Birthday in September. When we started I could do 170 pounds and a few weeks ago you witnessed my maximum lift of 250 pounds. This experience has far surpassed my expectations and I intend to stay with you for years to come! Thanks for your dedication Steve Elkinson
