We assumed ownership of this facility in July of 2008 and have had the blessing of spending the last 3+ years working with people to get healthy or stronger both physically and spiritually. We are a group of fitness minded individuals who believe that the gym experience should be more that just a great workout. We treat everyone like family. We know everyone by name and we strive hard to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.  As a  New Life Health and Wellness member, you always have access to Fitness Equipment 24/7. Our partnership with the Courtyard by Marriott in Marlborough, allows our gym members to utilize the Upstairs Fitness Center and Pool Area when we are not open. This provides a safe, secure place to work out after hours. You will need to have your key tag present and sign in at the front desk to gain access to the facilities
