How do I know if one brand of vitamins will interact with another brand?

Do I know how much of a substance is in each item?

Is the product Pharmaceutical Grade?

In most cases, the cheaper the brand, the lower quality the ingredients. Often times, you don't get the benefits you are looking for.

Having been in the Health Industry for a over 11 years, my belief is the supplements you can not get in stores are the ones to buy. Most of these companies have White Labs and produce Pharmaceutical Grade Products. They follow the strict FDA Labeling and Mega-Dosing Laws.

The other HUGE point is that when you take products from the same Line or Manufacturer, you are less likely to take too much of one thing. These company's have products that work synergistically so they are complementary and work to give you optimum results.
