Yoga is an excellent way to stretch and strengthen your muscles. It also provides the individual the way to relax your body with breathing techniques and gentle movements.
We offer 2 types of Yoga Classes here at New Life Health and Wellness in Marlborough.
Our Tuesday night class is a Hatha Yoga class for a full hour of Stretch & Relaxation. It ends with an aroma therapy treatment which really gets your mind off your stress and helps you to focus inwardly. What a great way to end a long day at work or with the kids.
Our Friday 12:15pm class is a Yoga Fusion. This is where you learn the various movements used in the art of Yoga. There is a little less relaxation and more focus on getting in tune with the movements of your body.
Yoga provides flexibility, stress relief as well as prevents injury for those who do a lot of strength training, running or other strenuous exercise.
