Get Fit Series!!
This series of classes is designed to help you on your way to a complete lifestyle change, one class at a time! We start with educating you on your personal nutrition plan with Class 1 "Weigh" to Wellness. Focusing on Weightloss or just healthy living. In Class 2, we teach you how to move without causing injury with our "Stretch" Your Body class. Move on to Class 3, which is Group Training. This class helps to get you started in group fitness with 3-4 people. It provides you the opportunity to get comfortable in a group setting so you'll try our other classes!! Then there is Mission Fit. It combines all you've learned and pushes your body to new fitness heights.
By the end of 6 months, you have changed your habits and are on your way to a new and energetic lifestyle!!
