Group Training

 

Group Training can be an important way to stay consistent with your exercise program.

New Life Health and Wellness is proud to offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes that are included in your membership.

Kardio Kickboxing, Zumba, Pilates, and Cardio Interval with Step & Muscle Conditioning.

These classes are taught by experienced teachers who really know how to get your heart rate going and teach you some new moves!

 Kardio Kickboxing

Mondays 6:30pm,

Wednesdays 4:30pm

Cardio Intervals

Mondays 12 noon

Muscle Conditioning

Thursdays 12 noon

Thursdays 4:30pm

Zumba

Starting the week of November 3rd

Weds 12 noon

Tuesdays 6:30pm

Pilates

Tuesdays 4:30pm
